Ms Davchevska primarly focuses on Business and Financial Law. Her practice involves advising and counseling entrepreneurs and businesses of diverse industries from inception through all stages of their life cycle, including business formation, financing, intellectual property protection, capital raising.
She works with foreign clients predominantly from the IT, Pharmaceutical and Energy Industry, handling all aspects of day-to-day servicing of companies, as well as any for of Labour related matters, securing to provide best legal consult for companies’ owners. A portion of Marija‘s practice involves development of many start-up companies creating stable legal environment for achieving profit and growth.
